Every corner of the Spa & Thermal Garden invites guests to awaken the senses. The Salt Room promotes respiratory balance and calm; the Music Room blends therapeutic soundscapes with gentle warmth; and the Starry Sky Room offers a dreamlike pause beneath a shimmering celestial ceiling.

At the heart of the complex lies the “Journey of Water”, a sensorial pathway inspired by the elements—Rain, Mountain, Minerals, Fire, and Lava—symbolizing the natural cycle of the region’s famous thermal waters. Each stage reflects centuries of hydrothermal tradition, interpreted through modern spa design and technology.

Renowned for its sulphurous thermal water, rich in precious minerals, the Spa’s treatments merge nature’s healing properties with expert wellness techniques. Guests can indulge in massages, mud therapies, steam baths, multi-sensory showers, and personalized health programs, all overseen by skilled professionals who ensure a seamless balance between body, mind, and environment.

How to reach

On Foot: The Spa is just a 10-minute stroll through Sirmione’s charming old town. You’ll find the entrance before the ascent to the Grotte di Catullo, on the left-hand side.

By Car: Parking is available at Monte Baldo, about 800 meters from the historic center. During peak season, spaces fill quickly, so it’s best to arrive early to make the most of your reservation.

By Train: The nearest stations are Peschiera del Garda and Desenzano del Garda, both connected to Sirmione via the ARRIVA LN026 bus line (year-round service) or public ferries.

By Bus: Take the ARRIVA LN026 line, which operates throughout the year. During the warmer months, a seasonal Shuttle bus runs from Colombare di Sirmione to the historic center. Check schedules and fares on the Comune di Sirmione website.
